Stress is everywhere, and it is all too easy to let it take over our thoughts if we are not careful. When life gets too busy, we may start feeling under pressure and anxious.

While stress is useful if we need to save our lives from danger, on a daily basis it is not helpful for our bodies to be in this state and it can cause unnecessary tension. When life is so busy and we are constantly multi tasking it’s a good idea to take a few minutes out every day to calm our minds and bodies and gain a sense of peace.
